Tantalum is a metal with a measured blue-grey appearance under standard illumination. It exhibits ductility and hardness as determined by standard tests. Salt spray tests quantify its corrosion rate as below accepted thresholds. Thermal conductivity measures approximately 57 W/(m·K) and electrical conductivity measures approximately 7.5×10^6 S/m, given that these values comply with conductive material standards. Its melting point is around 3017 °C according to standard atmospheric tests.

Pure tantalum is a metal with limited natural occurrence. It exhibits properties that meet specific technical criteria in various sectors:
Excellent corrosion resistance: The native oxide layer of tantalum forms a barrier that reduces chemical penetration. This process renders the material resistant to corrosive environments, acids and chemicals.
High melting point: Tantalum exhibits one of the highest melting points among metals. It is employed in applications where high temperature exposure is quantified and controlled.
Biocompatibility: Pure tantalum fulfils established biocompatibility standards for medical implant applications. Testing confirms its compatibility with human tissue.
Electrical conductivity: Tantalum provides reliable electrical conductivity. It is used in electronic devices, capacitors and high performance electrical components.
Stability and durability: The stability of tantalum ensures long-term performance. It is applied in systems where continued reliability and measured performance are required.
Tantalum plates and sheets: Our precisely manufactured tantalum plates and sheets are produced to strict technical standards. They are utilised in chemical processing, aerospace and electronics.
Tantalum bars and rods: Tantalum bars and rods are engineered for mechanical strength. They are applied in uses ranging from corrosion-resistant fasteners to high temperature furnace components.
Tantalum foils: Tantalum foils deliver necessary flexibility and chemical stability. They are used in the production of capacitors and electronic parts.
Tantalum wire: Tantalum wire combines strength, ductility and electrical conductivity. It is utilised in the manufacture of precise electronic components.
