The material was characterised by X‑ray diffraction, electrical and optical measurements.
Thin bismuth films with varying thickness were produced by thermal evaporation from a molybdenum boat source onto cleaned glass substrates at room temperature. The material was characterised by X‑ray diffraction, electrical measurements and optical analysis. The films were assessed using direct current resistance and magnetoresistance measurements. We supply our Bismuth Evaporation Materials in powdered and granulated forms, including bismuth selenide (Bi2Se3) evaporation materials, bismuth oxide (Bi2O3) evaporation materials, bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3) evaporation materials, bismuth ferrite (garnet, Bi3Fe5O12) evaporation materials, bismuth titanate (Bi4Ti3O12) evaporation materials, bismuth sulphide (Bi2S3) evaporation materials, and bismuth ferrite (BiFeO3) evaporation materials.
Highest Purity: Our bismuth evaporation materials are produced in accordance with strict purity standards to ensure minimal contamination and impurities. This method supports precise deposition and consistent results, thereby enabling the production of high‐quality thin films.
Film Uniformity: We employ a controlled evaporation process with a uniform composition. Consequently, the resulting thin films exhibit consistent thickness and quality.
Customisable Solutions: Given that project requirements vary, we offer several customisation options for our bismuth evaporation materials. You may select from different forms and purity grades to suit your deposition systems and specific application needs.
Thermal Stability: Bismuth evaporation materials are engineered to withstand high‐temperature coating processes. The materials provide efficient evaporation and yield minimal defects in the deposited films.
Semiconductor Industry: Bismuth evaporation materials are utilised in the manufacture of semiconductor components and may contribute to improved electronic performance and functionality.
Optical Coatings: These materials are used for producing optical coatings, filters and reflective surfaces with well‐defined optical properties.
Thin Film Research: Bismuth evaporation materials are employed in research covering thin film characterisation, materials science and surface engineering.
Energy Technologies: The materials are applied in energy‐related fields, such as photovoltaic cells and thermoelectric devices.
Quality Assurance: Our bismuth evaporation materials undergo stringent quality controls to ensure they meet or exceed industrial standards for purity and performance.
Expertise: Benefit from our extensive experience in materials science and thin film deposition. Our team provides support in identifying appropriate solutions for your projects.
Customised Solutions: Collaborate with us to develop bismuth evaporation materials tailored to your project specifications.
Reliability: We maintain a proven track record of delivering materials that consistently meet the required specifications.
