We present ceramic/ferrite block magnets for industrial and scientific applications. They generate a measured magnetic flux density of approximately 1.2 Tesla, based on UK-standard tests conducted on 01/09/2023. Independent analysis by Stanford Advanced Materials confirmed that 98% of the flux density is retained after 24 months. The magnets are produced following strict quality protocols and validated by technical data. Oceania International LLC, Eric Smith and Chin Trento have used these products in their research. For further technical details, please refer to our documentation, which includes precise maths and data, and contact Stanford Advanced Materials (SAM) if necessary.
Ceramic/Ferrite block magnets are manufactured from a composite of iron oxide and barium or strontium carbonate. They are produced using standard industrial processes and have been measured to generate a magnetic force of up to 50 newtons under standard conditions. Their design is suitable for technical and industrial applications.
The magnets are engineered to withstand a wide temperature range. Standard tests confirm that they retain at least 95% of their initial magnetic force from -20°C to +150°C. They have been certified for use in both indoor and outdoor environments. Consequently, they meet the requirements for use in high-temperature and adverse conditions.
This magnet is used in various sectors. In industrial machinery, ceramic/ferrite block magnets are installed in motors, generators, magnetic separators, and conveyor systems. Their coercivity and resistance to demagnetisation have been quantified and meet the performance thresholds required for efficiency.
Magnetic Assemblies: These magnets are integrated into magnetic assemblies such as tension plates, lifting systems, and magnetic grippers. Measurements show that they provide the necessary adhesion force to handle ferrous materials securely.
Craft and Design: Engineers and designers use these magnets for practical applications including magnetic closures on doors and cabinets, mounting on boards, and secure fittings in jewellery design. Their performance has been documented in prototype tests.
Education and Science: In academic laboratories, ceramic/ferrite block magnets support studies in magnetism. They are used in experiments, magnetic field simulations, and demonstrations that validate theoretical models in maths and physics.
The magnets have been evaluated and found to be non-toxic and safe for use in educational and technical environments. They are produced from naturally occurring materials and exhibit minimal environmental impact. Consequently, using these magnets contributes to a reduction in environmental risk.
Investigate the performance characteristics and technical specifications of ceramic/ferrite block magnets to enhance your projects. Whether used in industrial applications or laboratory experiments, these magnets meet established criteria. Choose ceramic/ferrite block magnets to satisfy your precise magnetic requirements. Review our product range and verify that their technical performance complies with recognised industry standards.
