The ceramic filler pack comprises inert ceramic solids located in the filler body tower. It maintains chemical stability when exposed to various inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents, except for hydrofluoric acid.
Ceramic random packings serve as a component in various chemical processes. They provide chemical resistance and durability under standard operating conditions.
We supply a range of ceramic random packings including saddles, rings and balls. These items fulfil the technical requirements of several industrial applications.
Chemical Resistance: Our ceramic packings have been tested to resist corrosion and chemical reactions continuously for up to 24 000 hours, thereby extending their service life in aggressive environments.
Heat Resistance: They withstand elevated temperatures, making them applicable for processes operating under high thermal conditions.
Low Pressure Drop: These packings have been engineered to ensure effective mass transfer with minimal pressure drop, as confirmed by controlled experiments.
Ceramic random packings are utilised in the chemical, petrochemical and environmental engineering sectors for processes such as distillation, absorption and washing. Their performance has been documented in scenarios requiring strict operational criteria.
