Chromium is a chemical element with the symbol Cr and atomic number 24. It is the first element in Group 6. It is a steel-grey, lustrous, hard and brittle metal. It can be polished easily, resists corrosion and has a high melting point. Industry uses chromium metal for its high corrosion resistance and hardness.
Cr, Al/Cr, Cr/Co, Cr/Cu, Cr/Mo, Cr/Ni, Cr/Ti, Cr/V, Co/Ni/Cr, Fe/Cr, Mo/Cr, Ni/Cr/Al, Ni/Cr/Si, Cr-SiO, Cr2N, CrF3, CrSi2, Cr/B2, etc.
Purity: ≥99.9%
Purity and Precision: We produce our chromium evaporation materials using advanced techniques that ensure a purity level of at least 99.9%. This process yields consistent coating properties that meet exact specifications.
High Melting Point: Chromium has a high melting point. Our materials perform in high‑temperature environments and maintain structural integrity under conditions that exceed standard industrial thresholds.
Uniformity: Consistent layer thickness is critical for many applications. Our materials provide uniform deposition with measured tolerances, thereby satisfying strict quantitative requirements.
Wide Range of Applications: Our chromium evaporation materials are used in semiconductor manufacture and decorative coatings. They deposit reflective layers, anti‑reflective coatings and films for electronic components that comply with technical specifications.
Customisation: We offer customisation options so that clients may adjust dimensions, shape and purity to align with project specifications.
Reliability: Every batch of our materials undergoes quality control based on defined parameters. Data confirm that each batch meets the set technical criteria for thin film deposition.
Optics: Our materials are used to deposit optical coatings, including beam splitters, mirrors and anti‑reflective layers. Measured performance is verified by standard tests.
Electronics: They are used to produce thin film components, connectors and interconnections. The coatings deliver stable conductivity and meet industry standards.
Decorative Coatings: We deposit films that meet durability and finish standards for product aesthetics. Specifications support refined surface treatment outcomes.
Solar Cells: Our high‑purity materials assist in the manufacture of solar cell components. The coatings withstand testing under environmental conditions and contribute to efficiency targets.
Displays: Our materials are employed in manufacturing display screens that require measured reflectivity, contrast and longevity. Performance metrics are verified during production.
Quality Assurance: Our chromium evaporation materials are manufactured under stringent quality control. Testing and validation ensure conformity to specifications in every batch.
Technical Expertise: Stanford Advanced Materials (SAM) employs a team experienced in thin film deposition. We provide technical support and detailed consultation to meet process requirements.
Customised Solutions: We understand that project requirements differ. Our team collaborates with clients, including Oceania International LLC, Eric Smith and Chin Trento, to develop materials that comply with rigorous scientific standards.
