Nano-Neodymium Oxide (Nd2O3) Description
Nano-Neodymium Oxide Powder refers to neodymium(III) oxide (Nd2O3) in nanoparticle form. Neodymium oxide is an important raw material for the production of neodymium–iron–boron magnets (NdFeB), which are among the strongest permanent magnets.
The addition of Nano-Neodymium Oxide Powder to glass and ceramics may improve their properties. In glass it is used as a pigment, producing distinct shades of violet and grey and increasing the material’s resistance to UV light. In ceramics it enhances mechanical strength and thermal stability.
