Neodymium is used in the alloys for the production of high‐strength neodymium magnets – a type of permanent magnet. These magnets are frequently used in products such as microphones, professional loudspeakers, in‐ear earphones, hobby direct‐current motors and computer hard drives. These applications require either a low magnet mass or high magnetic fields.
Neodymium (Nd) evaporation materials, Neodymium oxide (Nd2O3) evaporation materials
Purity: ≥99.9%
Neodymium (Nd) is a rare earth element with atomic number 60. It is used as a material in certain ceramic capacitors. Neodymium oxide imparts violet colouring to glass or ceramics. The principal consumer of neodymium elements is the rare earth magnet industry.
Neodymium evaporation materials are vacuum sealed in plastic bags or enclosed in argon within various containers to protect the product. We also utilise heavy foam to protect this rare earth material. Accompanying documents include packing lists and analytical reports (COA).
High Purity: Our neodymium evaporation materials are manufactured according to strict purity standards. This process minimises contaminants and ensures precise deposition. Consequently, thin films are produced with consistent properties.
Film Uniformity: Controlled evaporation and measured composition enable the deposition of thin films with uniform thickness. These materials are applied in microelectronics and optical systems.
Customisable Solutions: We offer a range of customisation options for our neodymium evaporation materials. Choose from various shapes, sizes and purities to suit your deposition systems and specific application requirements.
Thermal Stability: The neodymium evaporation materials are designed to endure high-temperature coating processes. This design ensures efficient evaporation and deposition of thin films with minimal defects.
Neodymium evaporation materials are used in various industries:
Electronics: They support the production of transistors, memory devices and other electronic components with enhanced performance.
Optics: They are employed in the development of optical coatings, filters and reflective surfaces with improved optical properties.
Research: They support research in materials science, nanotechnology and related disciplines.
Quality Assurance: Our materials undergo rigorous quality control to ensure they meet or exceed industry standards for purity and performance.
Expert Advice: Our team provides technical guidance on material properties and deposition techniques, thereby assisting you in making informed decisions.
Customisation: Collaborate with us to develop neodymium evaporation materials tailored to your project objectives.
Reliability: With extensive experience in supplying these materials, we consistently deliver neodymium evaporation materials that perform in accordance with specifications.
