Configuration of our Super-Capacitor Glove Box:

Industrial oven (two or more);
Glove Box (includes: cooling chamber on the left, central compartment, discharge chamber on the right)
Process:
-Glove Box: The Glove Box incorporates an internal transfer mechanism that includes a cooling chamber on the left and a discharge chamber on the right. Items are transferred across the full compartment comprising 64 positions.
-Cooling Chamber (square): The interior and exterior panels of the cooling chamber open automatically on touch. A docking slider, a docking unit and an external locking unit are installed on the cooling chamber. Once the oven and the cooling chamber are fully docked, the locking unit engages completely. Thereafter, the docking chamber is evacuated, and both the industrial oven door and the external door of the cooling chamber open. Given that the transfer systems in the oven and cooling chamber operate simultaneously, the metal sheet is conveyed into the cooling chamber. Subsequently, the industrial oven door and the cooling chamber’s external door close, thereby separating the oven from the cooling chamber. Nitrogen (or argon) is then introduced into the cooling chamber and the internal circulation fan is activated. The gas cools after it passes the water-cooling system. When the temperature drops below the set point, the interior becomes accessible. This cooling process takes approximately one hour until the temperature falls below 35°C.
-Glove Compartment: When items are transferred within the Glove Box, operations such as injection and sealing can be performed. The recessed transfer system inside the Glove Box facilitates the insertion and removal of cells.
-Discharge Chamber (square): The discharge chamber functions as a channel for extracting cells from the Glove Box. Both its interior and exterior open automatically on touch.
Advantages:
-Exposure of cells to ambient air after removal from the oven is avoided because of the direct docking between the oven and the glove compartment.
-Energy saving: The oven does not require a cooling phase. Consequently, production efficiency improves, typically reducing processing time by 37%.
-Equipment costs are reduced, as one Glove Box can be employed for several ovens.
