Description of Stainless Steel Fibre Sintered Felt
Stainless steel fibre sintered felt is produced by sintering stainless steel fibres at high temperatures. It exhibits high strength and retains a three-dimensional porous structure. The material shows a porosity between 75% and 85%. Uniform pore diameters reduce clogging and damage observed in metal meshes. Filter papers do not endure high temperature and pressure conditions. This material is used for filtration in the petrochemical industry and other industrial sectors.
