Nickel Sintered Mesh Description:
Nickel provides mechanical strength, a fixed microstructure, homogeneous permeability and high thermal and corrosion resistance. Porous nickel sintered metal products are employed in various industries such as petrochemistry, chemical manufacturing, metallurgy, electrical engineering, environmental protection, pharmaceutical production and aerospace engineering.
The nickel sintered mesh consists of grid layers. Diffusion heat treatment permanently joins the layers. Customer specifications for stability and filtration determine the use of single or multiple layers. Layers may be combined with perforated plates or fibre felts. Diffusion heat treatment preserves mechanical stability and filtration performance. We manufacture the product according to individual customer requirements and application parameters.
