Description of Sintered Filter Disc:
The sintered filter disc offers several advantages compared to conventional filter elements. It exhibits high strength and uniformly distributed apertures manufactured with precise tolerances. The sintered filter discs are produced in a variety of size specifications. The nominal filtration range is from 2 µm to 300 µm with a confirmed efficiency of 99.9%. Sintered metal filter discs demonstrate quantifiable filtration performance. The micron rating is verified in our in-house test facility, thereby providing the stated filtration efficiency.
Our sintered filter discs are manufactured primarily for vacuum filtration or for gas flow under moderate to high pressure. We provide a wide range of sintered filter discs in various sizes and aperture dimensions. They are utilised in the pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries, for food storage and in the manufacturing sector.
