Description of FeCrAl Sinter Fibre Felt:
FeCrAl Sinter Fibre Felt is produced by a combined process of heating and pressure application to achieve a sintered wire mesh. It is manufactured from FeCrAl-alloys with high aluminium content that exhibit a cinder temperature of up to 1425℃. Due to their high heat resistance they outperform conventional materials and offer measured properties such as oxidation resistance, sulfidisation resistance, high thermal load capability and an extended service life.
Properties of FeCrAl Sinter Fibre Felt:
-High-temperature creep resistance
-Oxidation resistance
-Wear resistance
-Good dimensional stability
-High ageing resistance and no cindering
-Enhanced adhesion to the protective oxide layer ensuring a longer service life under variable temperature conditions
-Dimensional stability
