Nickel-Iron Alloy 4750 Bar Description
The Alloy 4750 is a nickel-iron alloy that offers a high saturation flux density, high magnetic permeability and low core losses. It is an amalgam product with high initial permeability. The material is versatile and is employed in applications such as laminated cores for measurement transformers, magnetic shields and cores for specific electronic and communications devices. Given that its high permeability is achieved under low magnetising forces, device efficiency is increased.
