Titan-Edelstahl plattiertes Blech Beschreibung
Titanium Stainless Steel Clad Plate, also known as titanverkleidetes Edelstahlblech, is a composite plate produced by applying a titanium layer onto one or both sides of a stainless steel plate through a high‐temperature bonding process. This procedure results in a material that utilises the strength, corrosion resistance and durability of stainless steel alongside the low weight and high temperature resistance of titanium.
The titanium layer is typically fabricated from commercially pure titanium, while the stainless steel substrate may comprise grades such as 304 or 316. The thickness of the titanium layer is adjusted according to specific application requirements.
