Gas Flow Control and Vacuum Valve

• Two large float-type flow meters are installed at the front of the furnace case, capable of introducing and mixing two different gases simultaneously into the furnace.
• 1 KF25 vacuum interface, installed on the left side of the furnace body and connected to the vacuum pump
• A two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump is installed at the base of the furnace body.

Water Cooling

• A water cooling device with a circulation capacity of 16 l/min is included to cool the KJ5000 furnace.
• Builtin temporary water shutdown and over-temperature alarm

Working Gases

• All types of inert gases such as N2 and Ar at ≤ 0.03 Mpa.
• Pure oxygen gas ≤ 0.03 Mpa, but it requires internal connection modification for anti-oxidation; please contact us in advance if using O2 gas.
• Low vacuum 10^-1 Torr due to the fibrous alumina insulation material. The use of 5% H2 + Ar enhances oxidation during heating. For oxygen-sensitive material, please use a hydrogen furnace.
