The 1200C 6-Channel Tube Furnace GSL-1200X-MGI-6 is a six-channel tube furnace with an outer diameter of 50 mm for the heat treatment of alloys and ceramic materials with a high throughput up to 1200 °C. It serves as an effective tool for the investigation of the phase diagram of next-generation materials.

Furnace Construction	The furnace consists of six tube modules with quartz tube φ50 OD x 460 L mm The temperature of each heating module is controllable independently up to 1200°C Fast-sealed flange, vacuum gauge, and flow meter are installed to enable heat treatment under vacuum or flowing gas Processing of six sample batches at varying temperatures in a compact space

The 6-channel heating tube is controlled independently by 24 segments of programmable temperature controllers 6 S-type thermocouples Includes RS485 communication port and PC control software that allows for the control and recording of the temperature of all 4-channel heaters via a laptop.

Warnings & Notices	The maximum pressure of this furnace is 7.5 PSI (0.5 atm). A pressure regulator on the gas tank is necessary to prevent overpressure. This furnace can also be converted to a larger CVD furnace system with an appropriate gas supply system. Please contact us to discuss your specific application.
