Furnace Construction

• The furnace consists of 8 tube furnace modules featuring quartz tubes measuring 50 O.D x 40 I.D x 552 L (mm)
• Each heating module is separated by insulating material with an air cooling layer
• The temperature of each heating module is controllable independently, reaching up to 1500 °C
• Quick-release flange, vacuum meter, and flow meter are installed with 8 independent air inlets and outlets on both sides of the furnace, allowing each channel to undergo heat treatment in a vacuum or protective atmosphere.
• Capability to process 8 samples at different temperatures in minimal space

Gas System and Flange

• On the left side, there are 8 G1/4 air inlets, 8 valves, and 8 float-type flow meters (16-160 ml/min) for regulating the inlet flow.
• On the right side, there are 8 G1/4 air outlets and 4 passage valves
• 8 sets of water-cooled, quick flange systems made of stainless steel
• The flange is equipped with a mechanical manometer
• Quick-connect flange and KF25 connection at the front for rapid sample access
• The rear flange has an air inlet and an air outlet, each connected to the air inlet and outlet plates on both sides
• Max. vacuum 10^-2 Torr with a mechanical pump and 10^-5 Torr with a turbopump

Temperature Controller

• 8-channel heating tubes are controlled independently by a programmable temperature controller with 30 segments
• 8 type S thermocouples
• PC control software is provided, allowing control of the 8 channel heating via a laptop

Warnings & Notices

• The maximum pressure of this furnace is 7.5 PSI (0.5 atm). A pressure regulator on the gas tank is necessary to prevent overpressure.
• This furnace can also be converted into a larger CVD furnace system with an appropriate gas supply system. Please contact us to discuss your specific application.
