Thecompact 1500C muffle furnace KSL-1500X-S is a compact high-temperature muffle furnace designed for maximum energy efficiency. It features a double-layer shell structure and a PID-programmed temperature control system, employs an S-type thermocouple, and is constructed from high-purity aluminium oxide fibre material. The advantages of this furnace include a uniform temperature field, low surface temperature, and energy savings. It is suitable for high-temperature sintering, metal annealing, and quality testing in universities, research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises.

Features	The internal surface of the furnace is coated with imported aluminium oxide material to enhance reflectivity, heating performance, and cleanliness, thus extending the lifespan of the device. The furnace material consists of high-purity aluminium oxide fibres that minimise energy loss. Includes overheating and burnout protection, along with a shut-off function when the door is opened. Built-in air intake and exhaust openings within the furnace remove undesirable contaminants and moisture, thereby prolonging the lifespan of the heating element and furnace.
