The 1700C High-Temperature Muffel Furnace KSL-1700X-A2-UL is a high-temperature box furnace equipped with Silicon-Molybdenum bars as heating elements. It features a double-layered casing structure and a PID temperature control with a Type B thermocouple. The furnace chamber is constructed from high-purity aluminium oxide fibre material, enabling a maximum temperature of 1700 degrees. It can continuously operate at a temperature of 1600 degrees, with a temperature regulation accuracy of ±1 degree.

Application Notes	To extend the life of the furnace, we recommend that the heating rate does not exceed 10℃/min. The cooling rate should also not exceed 10℃/min. This furnace is not vacuum tight; toxic or explosive gases should not be used without necessary safety controls and monitoring. Small cracks may develop on the surface of the refractory ceramic with prolonged use. This is normal, and the cracks can be repaired with aluminium oxide coating. The refractory block must be inserted before closing the door.

This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating The refractory block must be inserted before closing the door
