Application Notes

• To extend the life of the furnace, we recommend that the heating rate does not exceed 10℃/min.
• The cooling rate should also not exceed 10℃/min.
• This furnace is not vacuum tight; toxic or explosive gases should not be used without necessary safety controls and monitoring.
• Small cracks may develop on the surface of the refractory ceramic with prolonged use. This is normal, and the cracks can be repaired with aluminium oxide coating.
• The refractory block must be inserted before closing the door.
