316L Stainless Steel Strip Description
Stainless steel 316 is a molybdenum-containing austenitic stainless steel. It exhibits greater resistance to general corrosion and pitting corrosion compared to non-stainless chromium–nickel steels. The 316L grade is the low-carbon variant of 316 and is immune to sensitisation.
