17-4 PH Stainless Steel Powder Description
17-4 PH stainless steel is a martensitic, precipitation-hardenable stainless steel that is an alloy with a copper addition. 17-4 PH stainless steel powder is frequently used in the powder metallurgical injection moulding process. Stanford Advanced Materials (SAM) has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and marketing 17-4 PH stainless steel powder.

17-4 PH Stainless Steel Powder Applications
- Aerospace, architecture, automotive, chemical processing, fasteners, electronics, food, furnace components and accessories, hardware, jewellery, cryogenic environments, marine and seawater environments, office equipment, pharmaceuticals, welding and pulp and paper production.
- Special stainless steel powders provide corrosion resistance, defined surface properties, wear resistance, machinability, oxidation resistance, absence of coating formation, high temperature strength and a low coefficient of thermal expansion.
- Metal injection moulded components.
