HNG High Efficiency Gas Purification Stainless Steel Deoxygenation Tube is made of stainless steel, designed to be pressure-resistant and highly temperature-resistant. It is used to remove contaminants, particularly oxygen, from nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, and other inert gases. The deoxygenation tube operates at room temperature, providing deep cleaning and a significant deoxygenation capacity. It features connections with various diameters, including 3 mm, 6 mm, 6.35 mm, and Swagelok quick connectors. Once the deoxygenation tube reaches oxygen saturation, it can automatically regenerate and be reused over an extended period.

Instructions for Use

After the deoxidising agent reaches oxygen saturation, regeneration is required. Introduce pure nitrogen or other inert gases at a flow rate of 100-200 ml/min, while heating the deoxygenation tube, gradually increasing the temperature to 180-250°C.

Hydrogen is introduced into the nitrogen gas at a flow rate of 100-200 ml/min. As the temperature rises and hydrogen is supplied, water vapour emerges from the gas outlet. The regeneration process proceeds layer by layer along the gas flow direction. When the regenerated layer moves from one end to the other and no more water vapour exits the exhaust, regeneration is nearly complete. Turn off the nitrogen, maintain the hydrogen supply, and continue the gas flow for 1 hour. Then switch off the hydrogen and electric heating, introduce a small amount of nitrogen, and turn off the gas source once the temperature drops to room temperature. Activation is complete, and the system can be sealed for standby operation.
