Introduction	In studies of sinonasal cancer (SNC), a case-control study examined occupational exposure among individuals deceased in Connecticut from 1935 to 1975. The research compared job titles from death certificates and city directories with those from earlier publications. The findings did not indicate a link between SNC and nickel (odds ratio = 0.7, 95% CL: 0.4, 1.5), but they did reveal associations with cutting oils (odds ratio = 2.8, 95% CL: 1.4, 5.7) and wood dust (odds ratio = 4.0, 95% CL: 1.5, 10.8). Although actual exposure levels were not recorded, the results were consistent with other study features and previous literature. Additionally, SNC was positively associated with occupations such as cutters and construction workers.
