Vacuum-Sealed Mobile Crucible Tube Furnace OTF-1200X-DVD Description
The vacuum-sealed mobile crucible furnace is a modular crucible furnace with manual sliding function in high vacuum or airtight atmosphere, achieving a maximum temperature of 1200 °C. The vacuum-sealed manual sliding crucible is implemented via a vacuum sliding system with magnetic coupling. Inside the tube, a thermoelement accurately displays the temperature at the location of the crucible in real-time. This equipment enables the annealing of Titanium sheets, rapid heat treatment, hybrid physical and chemical deposition (HPCVD), rapid thermal evaporation (RTE), and horizontal Bridgman crystal growth (HDC) under various atmospheres for the exploration of next-generation materials. The exhaust opening features a liquid/gas separation system to separate liquid and gas in the exhaust, suitable for analysis and sediment collection.

Temperature Control

Vacuum Flanges and Vacuum Actuator
|
4"-flange with 1/4"-Bard fittings, 1/4" tube feedthrough (for 1/4"-O.D. thermoelement insert) and one KF40 vacuum connection for connecting a vacuum pump.
4"-quick-release flange with magnetically coupled vacuum drive.
The rod of the vacuum actuator holds a quartz crucible with a quartz thermal buffer, allowing a sample to be manually inserted or withdrawn from the crucible to achieve rapid heating or cooling.
A type K thermoelement is located at the bottom of the crucible for temperature regulation.
- Optional: An electric drive is available on request for an additional fee.
