Incoloy 825 Capillary Tube Description

Incoloy 825 Capillary tube is a corrosion-resistant Ni-Fe-Mo-Cu alloy, stabilised with Ti. The alloy exhibits effective resistance to uniform corrosion and localised corrosion, with good performance, which facilitates its widespread use in chemical, energy, and hydrometallurgy applications. Furthermore, the alloy possesses good toughness and can be processed efficiently in ambient conditions. However, it is important to note that very minor pitting corrosion can occur in humid atmospheres. This alloy is also resistant to fresh water corrosion and performs well in all situations in flowing seawater. It should, however, be noted that under static conditions in seawater or under polluted conditions, pitting may occur.

Capillary tubes are available in precisely cut lengths and are highly operational even at elevated temperatures.
