Furnace Construction	Consists of four small box furnaces. Each module is independently temperature controlled, with a maximum temperature of 1500℃. Can accommodate four samples for thermal treatment at different temperatures simultaneously. High-purity alumina fibre chamber, coated with an alumina layer to enhance heating efficiency and extend service life. Double-walled structure with an integrated air cooling system for surface cooling.

Processing Tube	High-purity alumina tube with Ø50X L 460 mm, 4 tubes included. 4 flow meters are included. Quick clamp flange of KF25 with mechanical vacuum gauge and needle valves. Max. vacuum 10^-5 Torr via a turbo pump. Only one vacuum pump required via a KF25 connection.
Operating Temperature	Max. temperature: 1400℃ (continuous); 1500℃ (<1 hour). Heating rate: ≤10℃/min. Temperature accuracy: ±0.5℃.
Temperature Control	Programmable temperature controller of the Eurotherm 3000 series. Includes over-temperature and interruption warning for thermal coupling. 4-channel heating tube is regulated independently by 24 programmable temperature controllers. 4 S-type thermocouples. With RS485 communication interface and PC control software to monitor and record the temperature of all 4-channel heaters via a laptop.
