The 1700C 4-Channel Tube Furnace GSL-1700X-MGI-4 is a compact, high-performance four-channel tube furnace designed specifically for heat treatment research on alloys and ceramic materials with high throughput, capable of reaching temperatures up to 1700°C. This advanced furnace is essential for the investigation of phase diagrams in next-generation materials from MGI.
The furnace comprises four small tube furnace modules, each fitted with an alumina tube with an outer diameter of 25 mm, an inner diameter of 22 mm, and a length of 460 mm. Each heating module operates independently, allowing precise temperature control up to 1700°C without thermal interference between the modules. This independent control ensures highly accurate and reliable results, making it ideal for complex thermal processing tasks.
In addition to its precise temperature control, the GSL-1700X-MGI-4 features a quick-sealing flange, a vacuum gauge, and a flow meter. These components allow heat treatment under vacuum conditions or with flowing gas, thereby providing versatility for a wide range of experimental requirements. The ability to process up to four samples simultaneously at different temperatures further enhances the efficiency and productivity of the furnace.
