The1200C 5" Automated Tube Furnace OTF-1200XS5-ASD is a modern tube furnace with an outer diameter of 5", designed for automated thermal processing with high precision and efficiency. This advanced furnace system is ideal for high-throughput applications and streamlines the entire process from vacuum sealing to loading and unloading samples.

When combined with a robot, the OTF-1200XS5-ASD offers automation for vacuum sealing, purging, heating and cooling sequences, all initiated with a single click. The furnace capabilities extend to remote control, data logging, and fully automated sample handling when integrated into a laptop and robotic system. This level of automation significantly enhances operational efficiency and accuracy, making the furnace an invaluable tool for research and industrial applications.

The furnace operates at a maximum working temperature of 1200°C, meeting the demands of various high-temperature processes. Its double-layer steel construction along with a split cover ensures durability and easy access. Inside, high-purity Al2O3 fibre insulation maximises energy savings, rendering the OTF-1200XS5-ASD both cost-efficient and environmentally friendly.

Airtight Flanges and Valves	5" diameter stainless steel cold water flange with silicone O-ring and valves for airtight heat treatment The right flange is operated by a double pressure cylinder, controlled via electric valves. A digital pressure sensor is built-in for automatic pressure control from 1 Pa to 200 KPa Max. vacuum level is dependent on the vacuum pump. A rotary vacuum pump is included, capable of achieving a vacuum of 10 Pa.
