Nanometre-Indium-Powder Description
Nanometre Indium Powder is produced using a variable current laser‐ion gas phase process. It has a purity of 99.9% and a uniform particle size of 80 nm. It disperses easily and exhibits high surface activity. It is used in semiconductors, high‐purity aluminium and silicon alloys, and aluminium–silver paste for solar battery backfield cells. It is applied in antistatic materials and may serve as an antistatic transparent coating and surface material. Its electrical conductivity qualifies it for photovoltaic cells, medical devices, materials research, and imaging products.
