Description of Nano-Bor Powder
Our company supplies nitrided borax material with a measured purity greater than 99.9%. The powder is produced with a particle size of 120 nm (APS) and a specific surface area of 19 m2/g. The crystal structure is hexagonal. The product has been evaluated for its lubrication performance. Its chemical composition remains stable when exposed to elevated temperatures, and the material exhibits a low coefficient of thermal expansion and effective thermal conduction when used as an insulator. The Mohs hardness is 4, and the thermal stability and chemical inertness have been recorded as greater than those measured in many other materials.

Applications of Nano-Bor Powder
1 It is applied in transistor thermal sealing, desiccants, polymer and rubber coatings, thermal insulation and as a chemical additive;
2 It is used in drills, abrasives and cutting tools;
3 It is utilised in high-temperature lubricants and release agents;
4 It is incorporated in high-pressure and high-frequency electrical components, plasma arc insulators, coatings for automated welding processes, materials for high-frequency induction furnaces, semiconductor solid-phase composites and atomic cluster structure materials, thereby reducing the potential for neutron radiation to affect packaging materials, radar apertures, radar antennas and rocket engine components.
Storage Conditions for Nano-Bor Powder
The product must be stored in a dry, cool and sealed environment. Exposure to air is to be avoided, and high pressure is not to be applied during routine transport.
Packaging of Nano-Bor Powder
Our Nano-Bor Powder is clearly labelled and externally marked to ensure efficient identification and quality control. Great care has been taken to avoid damage during storage or transport.
