Other Neodymium Products

Manufacturers incorporate neodymium‐doped glasses into lasers that emit infrared radiation at wavelengths between 1047 and 1062 nanometres. Research teams operated these lasers in high‐power experiments for inertial fusion studies. Technicians combine neodymium with other substrate crystals, for example yttrium aluminium garnet in Nd:YAG lasers.
