Polymer Processing Aids (Melt Flow Improvement) is a fluoropolymer-based processing additive that significantly improves the processing of thermoplastics with a low dosage. It is equivalent to Polymer Processing Aid FX 5920A. This granular powder is specifically designed to eliminate melt fracture in blown films of linear low-density polyethylene containing titanium dioxide anti-block agents, dyes, and other inorganic additives. The use of Polymer Processing Aids (Melt Flow Improvement) results in faster mold adjustments, higher gloss, reduced gels, and improved mold release.
