High-Flux Ferronickel FeNi Powder Description
High-Flux Ferronickel FeNi Pow exhibits a permeability value in the range of 60 to 125 and low core losses. Its high overall saturation flux density enables effective energy storage and transfer at low to medium frequencies. High-Flux Ferronickel FeNi Powder is used in transformer cores, toroids, sensors, motor laminations, watch springs, flap valves and power springs, as well as various shielding applications.

High-Flux Ferronickel FeNi Powder Applications
High-Flux Ferronickel FeNi Pow is frequently used in transformer cores, toroids, sensors, motor laminations, watch springs, flap valves and power springs, as well as in various shielding applications.
The Nickel-Iron Alloys Magnifer 75, Magnifer 7904 and Magnifer 8105 with nickel contents between approximately 75 and 82% achieve a saturation induction of about 0.8 T. The initial permeability of these alloys can reach values up to 100 000 depending on the material thickness and the frequency of the applied magnetic field.
In contrast, there are Nickel-Iron Alloys with a saturation level of up to approximately 1.6 T, generally with an initial permeability of around 10 000. These alloys, Magnifer 36 and Magnifer 50, have nickel contents of approximately 36% and 48%, respectively. In the case of Magnifer 50, different varieties are produced by varying processing steps; consequently, the grain and structural characteristics differ, resulting in varied magnetic behaviour.
