Super Austenitic 654SMO Capillary Tube (S32654) Description

Super Austenitic 654SMO Capillary Tube (S32654) is one of the primary grades of the so-called 7Mo super stainless steel. This steel is produced by adding 3% Manganese to increase the nitrogen content within the steel, combined with high levels of Chromium, Nickel, and Molybdenum. The PRE value reaches 55, which not only exceeds all superaustenitic stainless steels with 6% Molybdenum but also surpasses existing superferritic stainless steels and super duplex stainless steels. Steel 654SMO has a simple austenitic structure in the solid solution that matches the structure of 6% austenitic stainless steel.
