Oven Construction

• Double-layer shell structure with built-in air cooling system to ensure the outer surface temperature remains below 70℃
• The inner surface of the furnace is coated with imported aluminium oxide material to improve reflective performance, heating efficiency, and cleanliness while enhancing the device's lifespan.
• A fresh air inlet and a thermoelement temperature measurement opening are located at the rear of the furnace.
• An exhaust outlet is situated at the back and the upper side of the left side of the furnace. The diameter of the high-temperature resistant metal tube for air supply is 20 mm.
• A chimney is constructed outside the exhaust outlet. The lower section of the chimney measures 60mm*30mm, the upper section is 30mm*30mm, and the length of the chimney is 230mm.
• Includes an internal metal box providing a degree of gas barrier function.
