The1200C High-Temperature Lamination and Sintering Oven KSL-1200X-M-HP is a hot press sintering oven with a maximum temperature of 1200℃. It provides precise pneumatic constant pressure control, with a maximum pressure of up to 4KN. The oven can be utilised for sintering SOFC at high temperatures under constant pressure, thereby limiting intermittent defects caused by high temperature expansion. It is suitable for sintering and welding of wafers, and for sintering high-density ceramics and metals. The maximum operating temperature is 1200℃, making it suitable for sample preparation and material forming in the fields of precision ceramics, new materials, renewable energy, superconductors, and other construction materials.

Features	Double-layer steel structure with air cooling fan, allowing safe contact with the outer surface of the oven. The safety lock automatically shuts down the oven when the door is opened. The heating oven includes a double door to facilitate sampling.
