Furnace Construction

• Vacuum chamber made of SS304 alloy with dimensions φ360 x 480mm H
• Resistance heating (low voltage and high current) up to 2000℃

• Optional: You can choose the Ar-gas purification system instead of the turbopump to operate the furnace at O2 < 1 ppm at the same cost.
