Construction of the Furnace

• High-purity fibrous alumina insulation for maximum energy saving.
• Heating elements on all three sides of the inner chamber for rapid heating and improved temperature uniformity.
• Double-layer steel structure with air cooling fan, preventing contact with the outside of the furnace.
• The safety lock automatically shuts down the furnace when the door is opened.
• Integrated vent (on top) to remove unwanted contaminants and moisture, extending the lifespan of the heating elements and the furnace.
