Self-flowing/Melting Alloy Powder HRNi25 Description
Engineers design HRNi25 as a self-flowing/melting alloy powder based on nickel. This material is recommended in cases where subsequent melting may cause component deformation. It is also used when the substrate cannot tolerate the heat generated by the melting process.

Self-flowing/Melting Alloy Powder HRNi25 Applications
- Flame Spraying/Melting
- Glass Moulding
- Various Casting Moulds
Engineers design these self-melting alloy powders based on nickel for a two-stage spraying/melting metallising process of iron components. This approach improves corrosion resistance and wear resistance, with quantifiable coating hardness ranging between 33 HRC and 65 HRC. Users can apply the powder to parts and components manufactured from carbon steel, alloyed steels, stainless steels, cast iron, Monel, nickel, and cobalt alloys. Users must avoid application on brass, bronze, or aluminium. Engineers may require special precautions when utilising the powder on certain other alloys.
