Spherical TA15 Powder on a Titanium Basis – Description
The titanium alloy TA15 has the composition Ti-6.5Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V. The alloy is classified as a near-α titanium alloy and exhibits a defined range of mechanical properties. TA15 maintains a stable structure and functions at high temperatures and under high pressure. It is used in aerospace, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, the automotive industry, pharmaceuticals and other sectors.
The powder can be applied in a variety of metal 3D printers, including Renishow, EOS, ConceptLaser, SLM, 3Dsystems, Arcam and others.

The spherical powder is typically packed in vacuum-sealed aluminium foil bags or filled with inert gas (Ar).
