Spherical TC11 Powder on a Titanium Basis Description
The composition of the TC11 titanium alloy is Ti‑6.5Al‑3.5Mo‑1.5Zr‑0.3Si. This alloy belongs to the (α+β)‑type titanium alloys and exhibits mechanical properties in line with specified requirements. The alloy demonstrates corrosion resistance in accordance with standard criteria. Its phase transformation temperature ranges from 998 to 1120 °C. It offers a low density, a high specific strength, adequate toughness and weldability. It is used in aeronautical and space applications, petrochemistry, shipbuilding, automotive engineering, pharmaceuticals and other sectors.
This powder can be used in a variety of metal 3D printers, including Renishaw, EOS, ConceptLaser, SLM, 3Dsystems, Arcam and others.
