The INCOLOY alloy 800H (UNS N08810) contains 0.05 to 0.10% carbon. The specified maximum limit for INCOLOY alloy 800 is 0.10%.
High Temperature Resistance: Incoloy 800H is engineered to retain its strength and corrosion resistance in environments up to 1100°C (2000°F).
Corrosion Resistance: The alloy shows resistance to oxidation, carburisation and other forms of high‐temperature corrosion. Its operational lifespan extends under harsh conditions.
Creep and Rupture Strength: The alloy exhibits quantifiable creep resistance and rupture strength at elevated temperatures. These properties support its application in demanding settings.
Resistance to Stress Corrosion Cracking: The alloy resists stress corrosion cracking in environments containing chloride ions and other corrosive substances.
Wide Range of Applications: The alloy is used in petrochemical processing, power generation, industrial furnaces and various heat treatment processes.
Petrochemical Industry: In the petrochemical industry, the alloy is used in furnaces, reactors and processing units for corrosive hydrocarbons and chemicals at high temperatures.
Power Generation: The alloy operates in steam generators, heat exchangers and superheater tubes in power stations using fossil fuels and nuclear energy.
Heat Treatment: The alloy is employed in heat treatment facilities, including trays, baskets and devices for annealing and other thermal processes.
Industrial Furnaces: The alloy is incorporated in radiation tubes, mullions and other furnace components where temperature endurance and service longevity are critical.
Thermal Processing: The alloy is selected for processes such as nitriding and carburisation that require high‐temperature strength and corrosion resistance.
Our Incoloy 800H products are sourced from recognised manufacturers. Each product undergoes stringent quality evaluations to meet strict industry standards.
