An additive masterbatch comprises a blend of organic or inorganic compounds that manufacturers add to plastics. The compounds improve specific properties of plastic products, such as protection against ageing, flame retardancy, anti‑fog performance and ultraviolet protection.
Thermal insulation masterbatch (high/low transparency/carbon crystal), Anti-UV masterbatch, blue light filtering masterbatch (green/yellow/orange), Anti-IR laser masterbatch, anti-green light laser masterbatch, infrared‐absorbing masterbatch, infrared‐transmitting masterbatch, antibacterial masterbatch (organic/silver/zinc), halogen‐free flame retardant masterbatch
This collection of additive masterbatches is presented by our research institution. We offer formulations that meet defined performance criteria for plastic products. Each masterbatch has been developed in accordance with specified technical parameters.
Thermal Insulation Masterbatch: High/Low Transparency/Carbon Crystal
This series implements thermal management. The high transparency option yields a clear finish. The low transparency option achieves diffuse light effects. The carbon crystal formulation is implemented to meet designated thermal insulation standards, thereby preserving energy efficiency.
Anti-UV Masterbatch
Protect products from harmful ultraviolet radiation using our anti-UV masterbatch. This formulation helps to maintain colour, strength and material integrity after prolonged sun exposure. It is applicable to outdoor furniture, automotive parts and similar products.
Blue Light Filtering Masterbatch: Green/Yellow/Orange
This masterbatch formulation reduces blue light emission from screens. It is available in green, yellow and orange variants. It is designed to reduce blue light exposure for end-user displays. Its use is supported by quantitative test data.
Anti-IR Laser Masterbatch
This formulation absorbs and disperses infrared laser energy. It is applied in products that require protection from IR laser exposure. Its performance has been verified under controlled conditions.
Anti-Green Light Laser Masterbatch
This formulation reduces the interference caused by green laser radiation. It is implemented in products to maintain operational performance. The product has been developed following specified safety guidelines.
Infrared‐Absorbing Masterbatch
This formulation absorbs infrared radiation. It is developed with advanced materials to meet defined thermal specifications. It is applied in military, aerospace and architectural contexts, thereby achieving controlled infrared absorption.
Infrared‐Transmitting Masterbatch
This formulation permits the transmission of infrared radiation. It is applied in IR‐transparent windows and interfaces. It maintains material performance while allowing IR communication.
Antibacterial Masterbatch: Organic/Silver/Zinc
This formulation inhibits bacterial growth on plastic products. It is available in organic, silver or zinc formulations. Quantitative testing has confirmed a reduction in bacterial growth by a specified percentage. It is used in medical devices, food packaging and consumer products.
Halogen‐Free Flame Retardant Masterbatch
This formulation reduces flammability. It is applied to enhance fire safety without affecting material properties. It is applicable in electrical appliances and building materials, thereby contributing to defined fire safety standards.
