Description of Aluminium Oxide Tubes
Aluminium Oxide Tubes are manufactured from high‐purity aluminium oxide (Al2O3) and have been quantitatively verified to meet specific performance criteria. They exhibit a high hardness, measured wear resistance and thermal stability. The tubes withstand elevated temperatures without deformation or decomposition. In addition, they provide precise electrical insulation characteristics that qualify them for high‐voltage and electronic applications. They are chemically inert, resist corrosion from most acids and alkalis and have low thermal expansion, thereby maintaining dimensional stability under varying thermal conditions. These measured attributes support applications in oven components, thermocouple protection, electrical insulators and structural parts in chemically and thermally demanding environments.

Applications of Aluminium Oxide Tubes
High‐purity aluminium oxide materials are utilised in the manufacture of components for processes such as chemical vapour deposition (CVD), ion implantation, photolithography and semiconductor production. In the traditional industry, aluminium oxide tubes are used as precision injection conduits and insulators. They are also implemented as protective housings for high‐temperature thermocouples.
Packaging of Aluminium Oxide Tubes
The aluminium oxide tubes are handled in accordance with quality assurance protocols to avoid damage during storage and transit, thereby maintaining the product in its original state.
