• The production process of the pre-alloy is environmentally friendly, making the Al-Ti-C production process an energy-saving and emissions-reducing product.
• Compared to the purity of the pre-alloy, the Al-Ti-C pre-alloy is less susceptible to salt inclusions as no potassium fluoroborate is used as a raw material.
• Release of nucleation particles during the casting process effectively refines equiaxed crystals and prevents the formation of columnar grains.
• No TiB2 agglomeration, reduced inclusion content, no surface oxide layer and defects.

• Cost savings. To achieve the same refinement effect, the amount of added Aluminium-Titanium-Carbon is generally lower than the amount of Aluminium-Titanium-Boron.
