Cadmium is a naturally occurring element. It is present in the air, water, soil and food at concentrations generally below 1 part per million (ppm). All soils and rocks, including coal and mineral fertiliser, contain cadmium.
Cadmium (Cd) evaporation materials, Cadmium fluoride (CdF2) evaporation materials, Cadmium sulphide (CdS) evaporation materials, Cadmium selenide (CdSe) evaporation materials, Cadmium telluride (CdTe) evaporation materials.
Purity: 99%.
Cadmium and its compounds play a key role in thin-film deposition. They permit precise coating processes for various applications. Cadmium-based evaporation materials exhibit measured optical, electrical and semiconducting properties. These properties contribute to the development of devices and systems in research and industry.
Cadmium (Cd) evaporation materials: Pure cadmium materials provide precise control over thin-film deposition, which is essential for various applications.
Cadmium fluoride (CdF2) evaporation materials: CdF2 materials are valued for their optical characteristics and are used in coatings for ultraviolet and infrared applications.
Cadmium sulphide (CdS) evaporation materials: CdS materials are used in optoelectronic devices, solar cells and sensors because of their semiconducting properties.
Cadmium selenide (CdSe) evaporation materials: CdSe materials offer tunable properties that suit applications in photovoltaics, in infrared detectors and in other specialised areas.
Cadmium telluride (CdTe) evaporation materials: CdTe materials are employed in thin-film solar cells, photodetectors and radiation detectors due to their measured electrical characteristics.
Purity and Precision: Our evaporation materials are designed to ensure high purity, reduce defects and improve the consistency of your thin-film coatings.
Diverse Applications: Our range of materials covers a variety of applications, from optics to electronics.
Customised Solutions: We offer customised options for your specific coating requirements, thereby facilitating effective integration into your projects.
Optics: Cadmium-based materials are used in optical coatings for lenses, mirrors and filters, thereby allowing controlled light modulation.
Semiconductors: CdS, CdSe and CdTe materials contribute to the development of photodetectors, sensors and solar cells.
Thin Film Deposition: Our evaporation materials are used for the deposition of thin films that meet established industry standards and are incorporated into electronic and optoelectronic devices.
