Microwave Dielectric Ceramic Powder Descriptions
The microwave dielectric ceramic powder (MWDC) is a ceramic material developed for use as a dielectric in circuit configurations operating in the microwave frequency band (predominantly UHF and SHF bands, 300 MHz to 300 GHz, corresponding to electromagnetic wavelengths between 0.1 mm and 1 m). It fulfils one or more designated functions.
It is used in the manufacture of microwave devices such as frequency stabilised oscillators, filters and discriminators for electronic countermeasures, navigation, communications, radar, direct satellite television receivers for domestic households and mobile telephones. The components satisfy design criteria for miniaturisation, integration, reliable operation and cost efficiency.
