The 506TCO Catalyst for the Removal of Carbon Monoxide (CO) is a multi-metal oxide system. It is primarily used for the simultaneous removal of carbon monoxide (CO) and oxygen from mixed gases that contain both CO and oxygen (excluding olefins). When the chemical ratio of O₂ is higher than that of CO, it is used to remove CO, and when the chemical ratio of CO is higher than that of O₂, it is used to remove O₂.

Usage Instructions

Introduce the catalyst into the reactor with a space velocity of 1500-3000 h^-1. At the same time, heat the reactor so that the catalyst gradually reaches a uniform temperature of 130-150°C. Once the temperature stabilises, the gas to be cleaned can be introduced at any time, and the catalyst begins the process of CO removal (or oxygen removal).
