A cobalt-based alloy is a term for alloys that contain cobalt and at least one element from a specified group. This group includes chromium, tungsten, iron and nickel. Tool steel containing a specific amount of cobalt may improve the steel's wear resistance and cutting performance. The non-magnetic cobalt alloy exhibits strength and corrosion resistance. Its compatibility with medical implants has been experimentally verified.
Co/B powder, Co/Cr/W powder, Co/Cr/Mo powder, Al/Co master alloy, Co/Cr/Mo/Si powder, Co/Ni/Cr/Al/Y powder, Haynes 188 products.
Available in various forms: foil, ingots, sheets, strips, powder, etc.
Cobalt-Chromium Alloys: Our collection of cobalt-chromium alloys exhibits corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength and biocompatibility. These alloys are used in aerospace, medical devices and industrial machinery.
Cobalt-Nickel Alloys: Cobalt-nickel alloys provide a measured balance of strength and ductility, thereby meeting the requirements for applications that demand toughness and wear resistance.
