Description of the Gas Pressure Sintering Furnace
The gas pressure sintering furnace is used primarily for vacuum infiltration and pressure sintering of SiC, Si3N4 and other ceramic components. It integrates hot isostatic pressing, stripping treatment, atmospheric processing and vacuum infiltration within one apparatus. The machine applies pressure at the sintering temperature. Consequently, the metal and tungsten carbide binder particles flow into any gaps and eliminate residual pores and defects. This process increases strength and extends the working life of the alloy.

Features of the Gas Pressure Sintering Furnace
- Uniform Temperature Distribution: The furnace employs three or four independent heating elements with appropriate power distribution to maintain uniform temperature in the high-pressure heating zone.
- Safety Protection Measures: The furnace automatically interlocks door operation, temperature increase, furnace pressure and activation of individual valves. The pressure relief valve operates under emergency conditions and power failures. The cooling water system monitors pressure, temperature and flow. The individual cooling circuits include flow monitoring to prevent damage due to insufficient water supply.
- Precise Control and Measurement: The apparatus features an automatic dual-operating system and a user-friendly computer interface. High-precision measurement technology enables accurate regulation of parameters, including pressure, temperature and flow. The system provides complete data backup. Remote control, remote diagnosis and system maintenance are available.
Applications of the Gas Pressure Sintering Furnace
The gas pressure sintering furnace is used mainly for vacuum infiltration and pressure sintering of SiC, Si3N4 and other ceramic components.
